To secure this booking, a payment of 25% of the grand total is due within 1 day of confirmation of intention to book.
Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total, [plus a refundable damage deposit of £50.00] must be fully settled 42 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 1 days of confirmation of intention to book.
Where you wish to alter your booking (ie. lodge or dates or holiday duration) we will do our best to accommodate your request. If we cannot meet your altered requirements and you wish to cancel your holiday then the following terms apply:-
Cancellation more than 56 days prior to arrival, we refund 75% of the total holiday cost. Cancellation between 28 & 55 days prior to arrival, we refund 50% of the total holiday cost. Cancellation less than 28 days prior to arrival, full charge applies

PETS ALLOWED STRICTLY BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT, £20 PER PET and not allowed up on the furnishings.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Please put bed linen in Black bin bag provided and towels/pillow cases in the labelled Blue/White pillow case provided
THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF FOOD IS LEFT IN THE GRILL/OVEN, OR IF COOKING UTENSILS ARE LEFT UNCLEAN OR IF YOU HAVE VISITED WITH YOUR PET AND HAIR OR OTHER DEPOSITS ARE LEFTBEHIND. It is very unusual for us not to return the deposit but it is unfair on the cleaning staff to be asked to clear up an unreasonable mess.
